Event Setup/Breakdown (15 positions available)

Ushers & Crowd Control (20 positions available)
Be the friendly face that welcomes guests and ensures everyone has an amazing experience. Guide attendees, assist with seating, and help maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for all. Time Commitment: 3-4 hours per event Skills Needed: Excellent communication, patience, friendly demeanor
Donation Collection & Recording (10 positions available)
Help maximize our fundraising impact by managing donation tables, processing contributions, and maintaining accurate records. Play a crucial role in supporting our mission. Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per event Skills Needed: Basic math skills, attention to detail, trustworthiness
Social Media Content Creation (10 positions available)
Capture the magic and share our story with the world. Take photos, create Instagram stories, write posts, and help spread awareness about our events and mission. Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per event + remote posting Skills Needed: Social media savvy, basic photography, creativity
Catering & Refreshments (10 positions available)
Keep everyone energized and happy! Assist with food preparation, serving refreshments, and maintaining clean dining areas. Great for those who love hospitality. Time Commitment: 4-6 hours per event Skills Needed: Food safety awareness, customer service, teamwork
Technical Support (5 positions available)
Ensure everything runs smoothly with sound systems, lighting, and AV equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues and support our production team. Time Commitment: 5-8 hours per event Skills Needed: Technical aptitude, problem-solving, equipment experience preferred
